Creative consultancy Nail Communications has launched a new unit call Nail.social and has appointed Jess Bachman and Rachyl Jackson to lead it. The division will deliver paid and organic analytics.
Bachman had previously served as digital strategy director at the agency and Jackson was previously social analytics manager.
