Global content production company CreativeDrive has hired Douglas Castro, former managing director at Leo Burnett to lead the firm’s Central American operations and Shaun Coulter, former vice president Advantage Solutions to lead its operations in Atlanta, Georgia and Bentonville, Arkansas. 

Castro has spent the last eight years as managing director for various Costa Rica based divisions of Leo Burnett.  

Prior to Advantage Solutions Coulter served at TBWA\Tequila Singapore, Ogilvy, TracyLocke and other agencies.
