Lynn Schlesinger Upped To CMO, 'Forbes'

Lynn Schlesinger has been promoted to Chief Marketing Officer at Forbes.

Her responsibilities include brand marketing and demand-generation, audience acquisition, insights and strategy, integrated marketing and design development.

She joining Forbes last year as Group Vice President and revamped the company’s CRM and go-to-market strategies. She also worked with Forbes’ signature BrandVoice, Insights and ForbesLIVE offerings.

Her future goals focus on growth.

“As CMO, it’s all about elevating the customer experience — from implementing the tools to capitalize on a ‘best-in-class’ tech stack to continuing to develop meaningful relations with our partners, so we can help them grow their businesses,” Schlesinger told Publishers Daily.

Schlesinger reports to Forbes Chief Revenue Officer Jessica Sibley.

Previously, she worked at Neustar as the head of media, partnership marketing and experiences.

She has also held executive marketing posts at MarketShare, Infotrieve, Reed Exhibitions, Bloomberg Businessweek and NYSE.
