Blinkx, the privately held search startup, today is expected to release a new service, "my blinkx.tv," which is akin to Internet protocol television, or IPTV. There won't be much for "my blinkx.tv"
visitors to see at first, however, as the project relies on consumers, non-professional filmmakers, and video bloggers to voluntarily fill blinkx's library. --Gavin O'Malley
