Ayesha Ahmad has been named Chief Marketing Officer of New
York Public Radio, the parent company of radio stations WNYC, WQXR, the Gothamist, WNYC Studios, and The Jerome L. Greene Performance Space.
She joins from
direct-to-consumer textiles and home decor brand Chilewich, where she was Chief Digital Officer and general manager of ecommerce.
In her new role, she will be responsible for
building the NYPR's brands and driving membership.
She reports to NYPR President-CEO Goli Sheikholeslami.
