Dentsu Aegis Network’s 360i has thrown its support behind an advertising boycott against Facebook that was called for earlier this week by civil-rights groups including the NAACP and the Anti-Defamation League according to a report by The Wall Street Journal. The agency advised clients in an email that “any social platform that earns profits by amplifying the voices of their community must have a zero tolerance policy for hate.” The groups behind the boycott hope advertisers will suspend advertising with Facebook during the month of July.
