The Digital Place-Based Advertising Association (DPAA) has created a Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Board to develop programs and recommendation to help out-of-home companies boost
minority representation at all executive levels.
The move comes as many in the advertising and media industry are gearing up to address diversity, representation and racial
injustice.
"As an industry, we can always do more,” stated DPAA President-CEO Barry Frey, adding, that the board will focus on steps the out-of-home media industry can take,
including things like “internship programs, workshops, education, development of guidelines,” etc.
