Uber Eats is promoting local restaurants on Super Bowl Sunday, one of the year’s biggest food-related celebration. The delivery service is waiving delivery fees for restaurants that are not part
of national chains.
The company will spend $20 million to support local restaurants over the next six months, including $4.5 million in grants for Uber Eats partners facing
financial challenges, and a Restaurant Contribution button in its app for which the company will match donations.
