Hess joined the MWG in 2016 to create McCannMade, the content, branding and design team that focuses on the group's visual story.  In four years, Hess and his team have crafted thousands of pieces of content that have been used across every corner of the network – new business pitches, leadership presentations, social media, workshops, summits/conferences, thought leadership content and digital tools. They have also produced work directly for clients.

As Director of Brand Operations, Hess is tasked with making the McCann Worldgroup brand stronger, clearer and more consistent across the network.

Park joined McCann just over two years ago as Communications Manager for the New York office, quickly adding the rest of McCann’s North American offices to her responsibilities. She came to McCann from the rough and tumble world of political communications, serving two years as press secretary in the U.S. Senate’s Joint Economic Committee.

In her new position Park will add day-to-day responsibilities for Commonwealth//McCann, McCann Worldgroup’s global, dedicated agency for General Motors, the largest client in McCann Worldgroup’s global portfolio, and will work directly with Global Chief Marketing Communications Officer Jeremy Miller on all corporate communications strategies for the network’s NA agencies, including McCann Health, MRM, Momentum and Craft.

Kelly joined McCann as a designer two years ago and among her achievements is credited with giving McCann Worldgroup Truth Central, the network’s global intelligence unit, a new look. In her new role she will assume more responsibility for leading projects as well as driving the creation of new design tools.
