Visa has named a new chief diversity officer and head of corporate social responsibility and has elevated the job to its executive committee. Michelle Gethers-Clark, previously president and chief
executive officer of the United Way of Greater Greensboro, North Carolina, takes over the role in May. “She will also oversee Visa’s efforts to drive equitable economic growth, with a
special focus on supporting small and micro businesses,” per the
Silicon Valley Business Journal.
