Email Marketing Creativity Content Marketing, HVMI January Solo Email

Epsilon created the January Solo Relaunch campaign sent to guests who had either stayed at a Marriott property within the last 12 months or engaged with a Marriott email within the last 15 months. The goal, to get guests to reimagine their vacation and book in 2021. This email included an added incentive for Bonvoy Members--a limited-time offer of 10% off when booked with points. With private home rentals across the globe, the campaign chose to add a module informing guests they aren’t limited to the specific destinations.
