For the launch of the 2021 IS, Lexus was looking to reach a fiercely authentic customer—its youngest yet. Courageous Studios created a branded content video series featuring Jessica Nabongo, the first black woman in history to visit every country in the world. The long-form video first launched on Jessica’s Instagram platform. On the online streaming platform of CNN, two cutdowns delivered 97% VCR rate (5% over CNN’s benchmark) and a CTR among our target audience that was 30% higher than benchmark.
