San Francisco-based agency Butler, Shine, Stern and Partners has promoted Sinan Dagli from Group Creative Director to Executive Creative Director, effective immediately. In his new position, he will continue to lead the agency’s creative teams and shape creative output. A 12-year veteran of the agency, Dagli will report to Creative Chairman, John Butler and CEO, Tracey Faux-Pattani.
