BambooHR Promotes 'Wellness' For HR Pros

BambooHR, an HR software company, and its media agency of record, Noble People, debuted a campaign to salute HR professionals this week, leading up to today, International HR Day.

The social, influencer-driven social campaign pays tribute to pros who take care of a company’s needs and its people. The work, however, focuses on HR staffers and their well-being. One such video is here.

“For the past two years, HR professionals have faced challenge after challenge and, in many organizations, they hold an outsized responsibility around employee well-being,” said Amy Frampton, head of marketing at BambooHR. “Many have given so much that they’re now facing their own exhaustion and burnout. This campaign is an acknowledgement of these challenges.”

The “HR Wellness Week” creative utilizes four influencers who spread their message on TikTok, Twitterk, LinkedIn and Instagram. HR Manifesto (@HRManifesto), known for her workplace strategies and advice; Jackie Caves (@JackieCaves), a source for job seekers; Sarah the Corporate Mama (@TheCorporateMama)who supplies parenting humor and stress management advice; and DeAndre Brown (@imdrebrown), known as “the corporate baddie,” who offers sketch videos about workplace life.

Each post will encourage responses tagged to #BambooHR to qualify for various gifts — from Cameo gift cards (humor) to workout app subscriptions (physical health) to a Calm app subscription (mental health) and more.

“Who is taking care of the HR professionals while they're taking care of everyone else? It’s a pain point that’s begging to be addressed by HR system providers,” added Meredith Castellani, associate media director, Noble People.
