Nylas has launched a Stripe app that it says allows users to send and receive email communications via all providers.
The product, the Email by Nylas Stripe App,
reduces errors in the refund process while facilitating personalized customer interactions, the firm says.
The goal is to “help all Stripe customers feel more empowered and
efficient in their work and when interacting with customers,” says Gleb Polyakov, co-founder & CEO of Nylas.
“Real-time communications is key to delivering best-in-class
customer service and experiences,” Polyakov adds. “When this data is locked away in siloes it can be incredibly difficult to provide an engaging and modern customer experience that is
required to drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.”
Nylas provides a Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS).
The new platform allows a universal interface with shared and
private email accounts. It addition, it enables users to access billing information, prior conversations and other data via the Stripe dashboard, while enabling them to send and emails across all
major provider, the firm adds.
