PR Software Firm Muck Rack Wins $180M In Series A Funding

Muck Rack, a public relations management platform, has received $180 million in Series A funding from Susquehanna Growth Equity.

Self-funded since its founding in 2009, Muck Rack helps PR teams connect with journalists and content creators to generate media coverage.

Josh Elser and Scott Feldman, managing directors at Susquehanna, will join the Muck Rack board.

Muck Rack hopes to “continue to define the role of PRM in the SaaS ecosystem,” states Gregory Galant, Muck Rack's co-founder and CEO.

The firm says it has more than 200 employees, a quadrupling of its staff in the past three years.

AQ Technology Partners served as financial advisor for the transaction.
