Red-hot Miami-based agency Crispin Porter + Bogusky is opening an office in Boulder, Colo., not because of a new business opportunity, but as a means of attracting or retaining employees. About 50 of
the agency's 420 staffers will transfer to Boulder. CP+B also has a 20-person media department in Los Angeles.
