Dotdash Meredith Teams Up With Pinterest To Offer Videos On Platform

Publisher Dotdash Meredith has formed a partnership with Pinterest to bring almost 200 original videos to the Pinterest platform.

As part of the year-long arrangement, Dotdash Meredith will produce videos from its lifestyle, fashion and food brands, including Better Homes & Gardens, Southern Living, Brides, Food & Wine, Serious Eats, Allrecipes and Martha Stewart.

The announcement follows by less than two months news of a similar arrangement between Pinterest and Condé Nast Entertainment.

Dotdash Meredith was already one of Pinterest’s largest content partners, encompassing 20 Pinterest profiles that produce over 90 million monthly views

“We have a long history of producing short-form informative, relevant and inspiring video content across our brands," states Heather Menicucci, senior vice president, video at Dotdash Meredith.

In addition, Better Homes & Gardens will share tips published over the brand’s 100 years in a series titled: "Out of the Archives."

In January, Pinterest and Condé Nast Entertainment announced a global content partnership that was to lead to production of over 160 videos by Vogue and Architectural Digest related to Pinterest seasonal moments.

In addition, Pinterest has content-sharing relationship with Tastemade and The Louvre.
