Time Launches Ecommerce, Content Platform: Time Stamped

Time has moved into ecommerce with the debut of Time Stamped, a platform offering product and service recommendations and reviews, created in partnership with Taboola Turnkey Commerce.

Launched on Tuesday, Time Stamped features personal finance content on credit cards, banking, loans, insurance and investing. Among the articles are “What Is The Best American Express Card for You in 2023?” and “How Much Does It Cost To Renovate a House? 2023 Guide to Save, Pay & Profit,” including a state-by-state listing of costs.

Slated for the coming weeks are content and ecommerce in the areas of home, consumer tech, travel and fashion.

Julia Kagan will serve as senior managing editor of Time Stamped. Previously, she was the personal finance editor at Investopedia. She is also the former editor of Consumer Reports and Psychology Today.

The goal of the project is to be “a trusted resource that readers will return to again and again,” Kagan says.

“Through meticulous research and a hands-on approach, we empower readers with the knowledge to make well-informed decisions,” Kagan states. “Our expert writing team simplifies complex subjects into concise, actionable steps through proprietary data that anticipates readers’ needs at any stage of life.”

Time Stamped, which is editorially independent of the Time newsroom. joins a portfolio of Time products launched since 2018, including Time Studios, TimePieces, Red Border Studios, Time Sites and Time CO2.

“Our global audience of 105 million comes to Time for content they can trust about the decisions that matter most to them,” says Jessica Sibley, CEO of Time. “This now includes guidance on what to buy,”
