Moderna and Pfizer are being hit with separate COVID vaccine lawsuits by New York-based Promosome. Each lawsuit alleges that both companies violated patent protections related to MRNA technology. Both companies used Promosome’s patented method to produce their COVID-19 vaccines, according to the filings.
