Jeff Herzog Launches Strategic Communications Firm

Jeffrey Herzog, founder of iCrossing and other companies, has launched a new project: the Avenue Z Network, a strategic communications consultancy.

The goal is to “bring together the world’s most talented publicists, content creators, media buyers, marketers and data analysts to craft narratives that move the needle for business growth,” Herzog says.

Herzog also announced company’s first acquisition: of the Snow Agency, a social media marketing company founded by Jonathan and Daniel Snow.

The company is launching a PR performance funnel to generate trackable ROI.

Herzog sold his first startup, iCrossing, to Hearst Magazines for $450 million in 2010.

Another Herzog startup, content company ZOG Digital, was acquired by UK-based Investis Digital in 2018.

Avenue Z is funded by Herzog and Baleon Capital, a fund focused on B2B tech-enabled services, the company says.

“Jeff’s ability to inspire team members and founders to drive towards a north star mission and create enterprise value is unquestionable,” says Jon Kaiden, chairman and managing partner of Baleon Capital. “Given his track record, he will attract the highest performing talent to Avenue Z.”
