TV Guide magazine has named PETER C. HAEFFNER as its publisher. Haeffner replaces SCOTT CRYSTAL who was promoted to president of the TV Guide Publishing Group in
October. Haeffner re-joins the magazine from Better Homes and Gardens, where he served as advertising director.
