Network LIVE, a joint venture between AOL, the American Entertainment Group, and XMSatellite Radio formed after the online success of Live 8, on Monday secured the exclusive U.S. rights to broadcast,
stream, and distribute "Rock In Rio," a two-weekend music festival, set to take place in Lisbon, Portugal. The concert will take place on May 26 and 27 and June 2 through June 4, and will be headlined
by artists including Carlos Santana and Ivete Sangalo. In addition to exclusive rights in the U.S., Network Live has also secured international sales and broadcast rights in all countries except
Portugal and Brazil.
