Publicis Media's Zenith unit has named Molly Finnerty Chief Investment Officer.

Finnerty, who joins from executive vice president-strategic investment at IPG Mediabrands Magna unit, previously held senior media investment positions at Havas and IPG Mediabrands' Initiative unit.

Finnerty succeeds former Zenith Chief Investment Officer Neil Vendetti, who has moved to another undisclosed position within Publicis Groupe.

Zenith also announced two other senior appointments, naming Maura McCartan executive vice president-business lead on the agency's Hulu account, and Ben Watson senior vice president and head of commerce. Both are new positions at Zenith.

McCartan joins from senior vice president-group partner for portfolio management at IPG Mediabrands' UM unit. Earlier in her career, she held senior positions at Omnicom's OMD and Publicis' Spark Foundry units.

Watson joins from L'Oréal, where he handled Amazon Media. He has held a variety of media positions at major agencies since joining Zenith Media Australia as an account executive in 1999.
