Just Salad just
announced its collaboration with Sesame Workshop, the nonprofit behind the television series “Sesame Street,” to launch its first kids menu that will roll out today in Just Salad locations
nationwide.
The chain’s new menu – for ages four through 12 – incorporates the beloved characters and themes of “Sesame Street” into kids’ meals and
smoothies. Each item supports Just Salad’s healthy and sustainability mission while also appealing to kids’ often picky tastes.
The new menu of salads, warm bowls, avocado toast
and smoothies includes: the Happy to be Harvest salad, with romaine, apples, croutons, cheddar, roasted chicken and balsamic vinaigrette; the Om Nom Nom Bowl, with brown rice, carrots, corn, roasted
chicken, avocado and buttermilk ranch; the Me Want Caesar salad with romaine, kale, roasted chicken, croutons, dried cranberries, apples and creamy Caesar dressing; Elmo's Avo Toast with avocado mash
and corn; Ah Ah Almond Berry Smoothie with oat milk, banana, almond butter, blueberries, strawberries and flax seeds; and the B Is For Banana Smoothie with oat milk, banana, strawberries and
flax seeds.

food in a fun, craveable and memorable way,” said Nick Kenner, founder and CEO of Just Salad.
“This is a big moment for the Just Salad brand -- as a father with three kids and a
lifetime Sesame Street fan, seeing this collaboration come to life has been really special."
The kids menu is available in-store only.
