Entertainment, media and technology PR and communications consultancy The Lippin Group this morning announced a management reorganization establishing an "office of the chairman" to oversee day-to-day operations.

The office, reporting to founder Dick Lippin, is comprised of three long-term Lippin execs: Matt Biscuiti, Kevin Broderick and Katie Fuchs.

Biscuiti and Fuchs will continue to be based in New York City, while Broderick helms the Los Angeles office.
