
The Merchandiser, a free
weekly publication with eight editions that reach 270,000 central Pennsylvania homes, is for sale
Kapp Advertising Service Inc., which has owned the publication since 1950,
is now listing it, ABC27 News reports.
The total business and inventory would cost $2,250,000.
The 26,000-square-foot Lebanon Merchandiser building carries a $1,850,000
price tag, and the 18,700 square-foot Hanover Merchandiser building is $1,950,000.
The Merchandiser was founded in 1948 by Lestor Benson, and sold to Robert S. Kapp in 1950.
It then had a circulation of 2,300 homes, according to its website.
Kapp provides commercial printing and circular printing and distribution services. The company lists The
