Initiative has named SEAN MCPADDEN SYMPSON as senior vice president, global account director. In this role, Sympson will oversee account management for Computer Associates. Sympson joined Initiative from MindShare, where he served for five years as partner, international group planning director. In this role he was responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing global media objectives and strategies for accounts in the U.S., Latin America, Asia and Europe.
