Stagwell media agency Assembly continues to build out its leadership team in Europe with two new appointments this week.   

James Wilde was named head of growth & marketing and Lizzy Herbertson has been appointed commercial director in Europe.    

Wilde will lead new business development and marketing, and joins Assembly from Wavemaker UK, where he held the position of head of growth.   

Herbertson’s role will center around building commercial and business operation models for clients and strengthening strategic partnerships and investments. Prior to Assembly, she served as the international agency and client lead at Astus and has created UK and global commercial and engagement strategies at Dentsu. She has also led global client media investments, working with blue-chip brands such as Reckitt Benckiser and One Kraft Heinz.  

Both will report to Matt Adams, Assembly Europe CEO.
