N&P Publishing, owner of Scioto County (Ohio) Daily News, has acquired Scioto Valley Guardian from NewsPatrol, Inc.

Terms were not disclosed.  

Derek Myers, chairman and CEO of NewsPatrol, is leaving the company. Under his direction, the Guardian grew to a publication with 4.5 million page views per month.
