LOST iN, a media brand for young travel enthusiasts, has acquired BuzzFeed's Bring Me!, a travel and experience publisher, barely a month after LOST iN itself was
launched.
The terms were not disclosed.
The purchase follows LOST iN’s $4 million oversubscribed seed round led by MaC
Venture Capital. Other investors include i BDMI, Pitbull Ventures, Pocket.Watch founder Chris Williams and Fullscreen founder George Strompolos.
"This acquisition helps
accelerate our growth and puts us in a position to instantly reach millions of travel enthusiasts," says Jonathan Skogmo, CEO and co-founder of Lost iN. "BuzzFeed has a tremendous track record of
building digital properties that connect with millennial and Gen Z audiences, and Bring Me! is no exception.”
Bring Me! has pulled over 3 billion video
views and an average of 4 million views per video.

LOST iN was founded by Jonathan Skogmo, Mike Skogmo, and Anton Reut -- the leaders behind Jukin Media, it
says.
LOST iN previously acquired the global travel guidebook publisher with the same name.
“We see a unique opportunity to
elevate this content across platforms and take the unique editorial lens that the LOST iN guidebooks have cultivated since 2014 to digital audiences through engaging social-first video content,"
Skogmo adds.
