An editing service for AI-generated content has been launched by ContentWriters.
The goal is to ensure that “even AI-generated content meets the highest standards of quality and effectiveness,” says Emily OConnor Kefs, CEO of ContentWriters.
ContentWriters had integrated the tool Originality.ai into its platform in 2023 and announced a policy that writers who were flagged repeatedly for using AI would be removed. But now, while it still strives for human-written content, it is adding the AI service for clients already using these tools, it says.
Two levels of service are being offered:
Tier 1—This includes a general review and checking of biases, correction of AI hallucinations, and adding of human insights from writers with expertise in the subject.
Tier 2—This level features fact-checking, reorganizing and addition of brand voice and keywords.
The company seeks to “help our clients share their expertise and achieve their marketing goals,” OConnor Kefs adds.
