As 1980s nostalgia continues its pop culture ascent, one cuddly kids brand is also making its return with a tasty partnership.
Broomfield, Colo-based Noodles & Company announced its latest collab with the Care Bears property, owned by Cloudco Entertainment.
The partnership consists of a new limited time menu, available only until Sept. 9, which is the Care Bears' giveback holiday, Share Your Care Day, a celebration of “spreading caring and sharing around the world, and encouraging fans to spread caring, sharing, love, friendship, acceptance, fun and happiness to those you love every day,” per the brand’s site.
“Caring is at the heart of everything we do, so when Care Bears approached us about a partnership, it felt like a perfect match,” said Danielle Moore, director of communications at Noodles & Company via email to Marketing Daily.

The LTO Care Bears Share menu consist of two options. There’s the Care Bears Besties Meal, with a large entrée, a small entrée and a Cheer Crispy for $14.95. A Cheer Crispy is a new dessert comprised of marshmallows, melted butter and “magic charm crunch.”
The second lighter option for kids (or less hungry Care Bear-loving adults) is the Share Your Care Junior Meal, which contains a small entrée, kids' drink and a collectible Care Bears’ mini plush (while supplies last) for $8.95.
Both LTO meals are available for dine in or online ordering.
In addition to the Noodles and Company collab, the Care Bears, in partnership with The Birthday Party Project, will launch a special initiative to give children experiencing homelessness Care Bears-themed birthday parties during the month of September and October. Originally launched in 1983, the pastel Care Bears’ toy line sold more than 40 million plush bears between 1983 and 1987, per Wikipedia.
