Uncle Henry's, Maine Weekly, Is Closing Because It Can't Find A Printer

Uncle Henry’s, an alternative weekly that served Maine readers, has halted production because its printer is going out of business and it cannot find an alternative, according to ABC channel WNTW 8.

"This is the fourth printer we've used that's closed its doors," the magazine said in a notice posted on its door in Augusta.

It concluded, "Thank you for being part of our family every Thursday for the past 55 years.”

Uncle Henry’s, which relied heavily on classified ads, was featured on "Down East Dickering," a reality TV series on the History Channel.
