Ben Kunz, a nearly 18-year veteran of Mediassociates, has been promoted to Chief Strategy Officer of the Sandy Hook, CT-based media agency.

Kunz, who most recently served as executive vice president-strategy, joined Mediassociates in 2007 from director of marketing operations at Danbury (CT) Hospital.

Kunz was a key architect in the development of Mediassociates proprietary "Precision Branding" methodology, which integrates upper- and lower-funnel marketing with new data signals about consumer and B2B prospect behavior.

In his new role, Kunz will be developing a "next generation" of the methodology incorporating AI to improve campaign planning, testing, forecasting and new data strategies.
