72andSunny Opens Strategy Studio In Europe

72andSunny has expanded its European operations.

The agency just opened Strategy Studio in Europe, building on the success of its L.A.-based counterpart. The modern consultancy is run out of 72andSunny's Amsterdam office.

The European Strategy Studio has a dedicated team that can leverage the resources of the agency. It can utilize expertise with existing clients, such as e.l.f. cosmetics, Indeed and TikTok.

Clients for the Strategy Studio include guiding Zurich’s global brand strategy and creating a Gen-Z focused media platform for Mediahaus.

The European Strategy Studio is led by Rui Ferreira, deputy head of strategy. Pauline Stickel, senior strategist, and Masaya Kochi, design director.

The Strategy Studio will offer various services — building brand foundations, creating partnership strategies and designing brand worlds.

Ferreira said: “The Strategy Studio caters to clients in need of upstream thinking. Strategy has become overly formalized, often crafted for the boardroom, but detached from real-world application. We combine strategic rigor with simplicity, delivering immediately actionable insights and recommendations.”

Chris Kay, 72andSunny's president international, added: “We found client partners wanting that intersection of rigor, imagination, optimism and possibility, but  felt they were underserved by the traditional model. It’s super energizing to watch the impact the team are bringing with this new strategic and design capability to current and prospective partners.”

72andSunny was founded in 2004 in Los Angeles and Amsterdam.
