A California winemaker is
helping to support women seeking employment with one of the most important aspects of the job interview, the outfit.
Ménage à Trois wines teamed up with the nonprofit Dress for Success, which supplies professional clothing and job assistance for women.
The winery is kicking off the partnership this National Women’s Month by contributing to the Dress for Success "Women Who Inspire" campaign, which consists of in-store point-of-sale, OOH, and social media efforts. The campaign showcases 31 honorees and their “stories of determination, perseverance and success throughout the month.”
"At Ménage à Trois, we believe confidence is key—whether it's in the glass, in the workplace, or in life," said Jennifer Hohman Siebeneick, marketing director for Ménage à Trois Wines. "We … support Dress for Success in their efforts to uplift and give power to women, providing them with the tools they need to achieve financial independence and reach their full potential."
Ménage à Trois was founded 25 years ago by two psychiatrists in St. Helena, California and now offers 19 different wines, including reds, whites, sweet and sparkling varieties, as well as two light offerings.
