Jan Weinstein, EVP, Media from Publicis Health Media:
Direct to Patient or HCPs: given the fact that both are critical in making sure Rx’s are both prescribed and filled, I have to say both. But, if I only had one dollar to spend, I would have to give it to the prescriber. The patient could be a yes or a no in terms of fill, but without the prescription written, there is a definite dead end.
Performance or Creative: Performance. Ideally, with great memorable creative to drive it. At the end of the day, we need to build business outcomes and performance typically lives up to its name and potential. I must give a shout out to great creative. Unfortunately though, hearing Tag Team sing “Scoop There it Is” 1000x did not convert me to Geico even though I smiled every single time.
Spring or Fall: Spring. Although my allergies disagree, I love watching everything bloom and I hate raking and bagging leaves. Spring is such a season of hope.
Attention or Reach: Attention. You can reach people who do not listen or care. Attention is what ultimately matters.
Cooking at Home or Going Out to Eat: Going Out to Eat. I do love to cook and host holiday dinners and parties but invite me out and I will leave the cooking for another day!
In Person Doctor Appointment or Televisit: In person. While televisits played (and still play) a great role in supplementing care, I like being in the room where it happens.
Human Touch or AI: Human Touch. AI is a time saver, but human touch is what makes us who we are, and AI is really only as good as the humans who use it.
