Snackable Media Acquires Ad Operations Platform AdGrid

Snackable Media, a multicultural ad network, has acquired AdGrid, which it describes as a publisher-first ad operations platform. 

The terms were not disclosed. 

The merger will provide Snackable Media and its partners with a full-stack platform for ad management, programmatic monetization, and audience extension, the firm says.
