GRETCHEN ERWIN, executive vice president and media director and co-founder of Erwin-Penland, is retiring. Associate media director BILL REYNOLDS will assume the role of media director and add the title of vice president, joining the agency’s eight-member senior management team. Reynolds joined Erwin-Penland from Henderson Advertising, where he served as media director for such clients as Texize/DowBrands and DaimlerChrysler.
