Lee Enterprises Closes 'Feast,' A Digital Food Magazine

Lee Enterprises has shuttered Feast,  a St. Louis-area digital food magazine. Its October issue is its last.

Feast’s sister publication, The St. Louis Post-Dispatch, will continue to run food content.

Founded by Cat Neville in 2010 as a monthly print publication, Feast was reduced to quarterly in 2023, and last year print was eliminated entirely.

Managing Editor Shannon Weber reports that her position has been cut.

“We joke that I am basically the magazine, but that also means I go down with the ship,” she says in an email, according to Fox2. “I held it for as long as I could, and I was told that I kept it alive for longer than most people could have.”

Weber adds, “And I was happy to do it.”
