Agency.com has named DAVID EASTMAN, managing director of Agency.com's London office, as chief executive officer. In addition, DAVE JOHNSON, managing partner of Agency.com's
Chicago office, was named president of Agency.com North America. Co-founder CHAN SUH will remain as chairman. The men replace former president and CEO DON SCALES, who left the company.
