The Arena Group Holdings Incl has acquired the digital assets of Lindy’s Sports, a sports publication founded in 1982, thus expanding The Arena Group’s sports & leisure vertical.

The terms were not disclosed. 

“For decades, Lindy’s Sports has delivered trusted, high-quality sports coverage. We believe in the strength of the Lindy’s Sports brand and plan to relaunch the site by the end of October, says Paul Edmondson, CEO of The Arena Group, in a statement.  

The Arena Group’s sports & leisure vertical also includes TheStreet, Parade, Men’s Journal and Athlon Sports.

Lindy Davis, founder and publisher of Lindy’s, says he is "confident The Arena Group will do a terrific job of growing the Lindy’s brand in the digital space.”
