Bloomberg Media and Sports Business
Journal (SBJ) have formed a subscription partnership to provide readers with news at the intersection of sports and business.
The arrangement will allow
Bloomberg’s subscribers to better understand decisions taking place in the boardroom and on the playing field, Bloomberg says in its announcement.
Non-subscribers can obtain
a year of Bloomberg.com and six months of SBJ access for $299.
“SBJ has trusted relationships with sports team owners, agencies, and rights holders, and this partnership
gives Bloomberg readers strong visibility into that decision-making ecosystem,” says Julia Beizer, chief operating officer at Bloomberg Media, in a statement.
Beizer adds, “Sports has also increasingly become a driving force in media, technology, and finance. This partnership allows Bloomberg’s 680,000+ subscribers to deepen their business of
sports coverage, further connecting the decisions taking place in the boardroom and on the playing field.”
