'Wingstop Is Here' Celebrates Customers' Special Moments

  

Wingstop has launched a new brand effort focusing on the moments that matter most to their customers—including the time when they eat their wings, of course.

“Wingstop is here,” launched late last month, highlights “the moment”: what the brand says is “that unmistakable feeling of satisfaction, swagger, flavor and indulgence that only Wingstop delivers.”

Created with the brand’s lead creative shop VaynerMedia, the new campaign “spotlights the fan-fueled energy that has driven [Wingstop’s] momentum to date” with a new TV spot and online executions. 

“Through social listening, Wingstop uncovered the electric anticipation fans feel from the moment they place an order to when their Wingstop finally arrives,” Wingstop's chief revenue officer, Mark Christenson, told Marketing Daily. “When guests hear ‘Wingstop is here,’ it signals the ultimate moment of flavor and satisfaction. This campaign captures that anticipation and pure joy, the feeling that sets [this] experience apart.”

A :30 spot, seen here, shows the brand’s wings taking center stage in many of their customers’ special moments, from family dinners to pregame parties. A voiceover says, “Here’s to the stop that never stops,” over the soundtrack of  ZZ Top’s classic track “La Grange.” “From the pregame to the afterparty, this isn’t just a meal, it’s an arrival. Wingstop is here.”

The spot runs across broadcast, OTT and social as part of the brand’s year-long creative effort.

“Wingstop Is Here goes beyond showing our iconic flavors and famous ranch. It captures how Wingstop fits into real moments, from big celebrations to the everyday in between,” added Christenson. “Inspired by what we see from fans on social, this creative feels true, relatable and unmistakably Wingstop.”
