Dentsu Finds Differing Priorities, Obstacles In Regional Org Culture

Japanese agency holding company Dentsu, which in November said it is weighing the potential sale of its international operations, his week released the findings of an extensive regional culture survey of more than 3,000 employees across four markets: India, Taiwan, the U.K. and the U.S. Notably, it did not include Japan.

The findings, which can be accessed in their entirety here, asked the regional staffers to rank the importance of specific drivers and obstacles to making their organizational cultures better.

Overall, it found organizations in India were mainly focusing on the launch of new business units, and Taiwan was prioritizing material changes in its strategy, but the U.S., U.K. and Canada were most focused on actual cultural change management.

You can listen to a NotebookLM audio overview synopsizing the study here.
