Online ad serving giant DoubleClick Monday morning announced a deal to acquire German-based rival Falk eSolutions AG. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but it is slated to close March 31. The deal
expands DoubleClicks's global presence, especially in Europe. Falk CEO Thomas Falk will become president of DoubleClick EMEA and will report to the Ben Regensburger, president of DoubleClick
International. Joe Apprendi, CEO of Falk North America, will stay on to help Falk customers transition smoothly over to DoubleClick.
