Havas Media Network North
America has named Sharona Sankar-King Chief Data and Product Officer, part of which is a new position at the agency.
In the data role, she succeeds former Havas Media Network Chief Data
Officer Mike Bregman, who left to become Chief Digital and Analytics Officer of Subway.
She joins from Chief Customer Officer and Chief Data Officer at Harte Hanks, and reports to North
America CEO Greg James.
In her new role, Sankar-King will oversee Havas' analytics practice, CSA, the agency's Data & Tech Consulting arm, and the Converged.AI product
organization.
“Sharona understands how to apply solutions to clients’ real problems—she will embed data and AI into how we invest, operate, and innovate, pairing human
insights with machine capability to deliver measurable results that matter for our clients,” James said in a statement.
Prior to Harte Hanks, Sankar-King held senior data and analytics
roles at Bain & Co., BBDO, MEC, Rapp Collins, Experian, Digitas and others.
