The email infrastructure has become more
fragmented, given the variety of tasks it must perform -- whether revenue generation, customer messaging, identity verification, invoicing or payments.
Moreover,
sending systems have to serve a variety of teams: product, marketing, customer success and finance. Often, third-party providers execute different functions. Brands need a way to understand how
systems interact and how security risks occur.
Email authentication firm EasyDMARC is trying to address these issues with its new Email Trust
Platform.
The goal is to give teams “a unified way to continuously observe, assess, and control their email infrastructure as it evolves,” says Gerasim
Hovhannisyan, CEO and co-founder of EasyDMARC.

Organizations should operate their email infrastructure as a unified system instead of a set of disconnected tools and point configurations, the
company contends in its announcement.
EasyDMARC acknowledges that existing authentication standards like DMARC, SPF, and DKIM address only part of the
problem.
“DMARC solved a critical piece of email security, but managing email infrastructure at scale has become far more complex,” Hovhannisyan says. “Organizations
now operate across multiple providers, platforms, and workflows, making trust, deliverability, and governance ongoing operational challenges.
According to EasyDMARC, the new platform
pulls together three operational layers:
- System of Record delivers a unified source of truth across the email infrastructure, with visibility into domains, senders,
configurations, dependencies and reputation signals.
- System of Intelligence connects complex signals to explain system behavior and to react when risk is
identified.
- System of Action enables IT and Security teams to move from passive monitoring to active governance as conditions evolve.
The
platform also contains an agentic intelligence layer that can analyze signals across infrastructure layers instead of surfacing isolated alerts or disconnected telemetry, the company
adds.
Please don’t take this as a product endorsement. But if nothing else, the challenge has been identified.
