A prominent CMO is trading pizza for
sandwiches in the latest QSR executive shuffle.
This week Inspire Brands announced it has tapped Jenna Bromberg as CMO of Arby’s beginning Nov. 2.
Bromberg joins the
QSR from Papa John’s, where she served as CMO since November 2024, leading marketing, product and commercial strategy for North America. Before Papa John’s, she worked at Carter's baby
apparel company for several years, rising to the role of vice president, brand marketing, creative, retail marketing and media. Earlier in her career, she spent over five years at Pizza Hut, departing
as director, core brand marketing—menu, delivery, digital, loyalty and value. She also held senior marketing positions at Hilton.
“Jenna brings a powerful blend of creative
brand-building and commercial leadership,” said David Graves, Arby’s brand president, in the announcement. “She has a strong track record of driving growth, building meaningful
consumer connections, and developing culturally relevant marketing that delivers results."

Bromberg is filling the CMO role previously held by Jeff Baker, who has transitioned to the role of
Arby’s vice president, category management and culinary innovation.
Over the last four quarters, Arby's generated $4.4 billion in global systemwide sales, but faced a 1.7% to 2.4% dip in
overall sales growth and unit growth.
Inspire Brands, which also owns Dunkin’, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Jimmy John’s and Sonic, also recently announced that it had filed
for an IPO with the SEC. While the number of shares to be offered and the price range are yet to be announced, the brand stated the proposed IPO net proceeds would be used to “repay outstanding
indebtedness under its existing term loan facility and pay offering fees and expenses.”
